Let's look at the two main things we need to do to reverse this situation. First we need to understand what proper exercise is. It is not walking; it is not jogging or cycling or any other 'cardio' Flat Belly Detox type of activity. These things are recreational and are great as part of an active lifestyle but do not replace a proper exercise program that works the muscles through their full ranges of movement under a load (resistance) as in strength training exercise. And guess what? You also need to put some effort into it.
